To be or not to be with Sophrology

Soyez acteur de votre vie et ne la subissez pas.

This technique will help in alleviating symptoms of :

Stress, anxiety, frustration, tensions.

Asthma, breathing difficulties…

Difficulties of letting go…

“In a comfortable standing position with your feet slightly apart, you can shake your whole body as if you were walking under the rain. Imagine that you are wearing neither raincoat nor boots!

Now shake your body from your head down to your toes very gently… Including your arms and hands…

Now you are going to imagine as if you were walking on a hot sunny day. It is warm enough and you can stretch your whole body. Stretch all your muscles… Feel free to yawn as much as you want. Yawning is a way of releasing tension… With your mouth wide open,  stick your tongue out…

Make yourself comfortable and when you feel ready you can close your eyes. Leave your arms along your body, freely…”
